Meet the Co-Founders

Alex Mason

Alex has served in Law Enforcement for over 10 years, starting her career in 2015. Alex has served in many capacities including, Detention Deputy, Road Patrol and most recently K9 Deputy. Alex primarily is in charged of organizing and leading K9 training for her agency K9 Division and other local agencies. Alex also assists in creating and leading training for her local agency. Alex focuses on live scenario based training to ensure everyone is mission ready. In addition to her K9 duties, Alex also assists with search warrant execution and other high-risk entries for her agency. Alex is committed to providing quality training that focuses on safety, professionalism and raising the standards. Alex is excited to share her knowledge with the fully customizable training offered at The Forge Training Center.

Mason Paden

Mason has extensive experience on policing and tactical instruction. His goal for The Forge Training Center is to elevate officer performance through hands-on, scenario-based training that mirrors the realities of the job. His mission is to develop confident, capable, professionals who uphold the highest standards of safety, judgment, and leadership. At The Forge, Mason combines proven law enforcement experience with a commitment to innovation, ensuring every course, drill, and exercise is designed to sharpen decision making and reinforce the core values that define the Law Enforcement profession.
